Krashanda Cleveland, LMSW

Krashanda Cleveland, LMSW, is a trauma-informed therapist and social work professional dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life transitions, emotional challenges, grief, and personal growth.
Krashanda approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, strength-based interventions, and solution-focused support.
Krashanda earned her Master of Social Work from Arizona State University and is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Illinois. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection, self-awareness, and access to compassionate, supportive care.
Candace Kyles, LSW
Holistic Welleness
As a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Candace is passionate about supporting young people and adults as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Candace specialize in working with clients experiencing stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, difficulty developing healthy coping skills, and major life changes.
Candace therapeutic approach is holistic, person-centered, and culturally responsive. Candace draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help clients better understand themselves.

Candace received a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy and Practice and have spent the past decade working closely with adolescents and their families in public schools and youth-centered nonprofit organizations.
Anjanette Young, LCSW

Anjanette is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities through seasons of change, pain, and growth. My work is rooted in compassion, respect, and spiritual belief that healing is possible—even in the face of deep trauma or overwhelming circumstances.
Anjanette provides individual therapy for adolescents and adults, with a safe, confidential space to explore emotional challenges, process experiences, and build resilience.
Anjanette is a graduate of Jane Addams School of Social Work at The University of Illinois Chicago. She obtained a master’s degree in clinical social work with a special interest in Mental Health with individuals and families.
